Getting Started with your Trackhawk OBD Tracker

A step-by-step guide for activating your new OBD tracker. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome for activating your device. 

1. Plug in your OBD Tracker in your vehicle. It is important that you see the OBD tracker light up before you activate the device. Make sure your vehicle is on or in acc when you plugin the OBD tracker.
2. Visit activate.trackhawkgps.com and enter the necessary information under the getting started section
   
3. Click Next and add your device IMEI. 
   1. Each device has an IMEI sticker on the side of the box. It is a unique identifier that lets us know which tracker you are using. 
4. Select the billing plan you would like to proceed with
   1. We have flexible monthly plans as well as yearly plans
5. Once you have selected your billing plan and added your credit card information, the activation process is finalized.
6. Check the inbox of the email you provided in step 1. You will receive your login credentials there.

8. Begin Tracking!
   
   Note: If you do not see your vehicle in your app and it is not active then you might need to drive your vehicle for 10-15 minutes so that it can connect to our network.
